Eligibility

Participants from low and middle-income countries at ALL career levels — students, early-career, and professional scientists. Must be a current/paid member of the Metabolomics Society continuously for at least 3 months prior to the conference (e.g., by March 16, 2024 for the 2024 cycle). Must register for the conference and attend in person.

Research match: Primary society meeting for Wishart's field; he has been an International Metabolomics Society member since 2006. Conference themes are Technological Advances; Computational Metabolomics, Statistics and Bioinformatics; Metabolomics in Health and Disease; and Metabolomics of Food, Plants, Environment and Microbes — a direct map onto NMR/MS metabolomics, the HMDB/NP-MRD/MiMeDB/PathBank/MetaboAnalyst database and tool portfolio, cancer biomarkers, precision medicine, and environmental/nutritional metabolomics.
