Full-time doctoral students, postdoctoral fellows, or post-health-professional-degree fellows at a Canadian institution; Canadian citizen or permanent resident; AACR Associate Member; first author/presenter of meritorious abstract at the AACR Annual Meeting.

Deadline

AACR Associate Membership by Oct 21, 2025; SITA application by Nov 18, 2025 (passed for 2026) — expect similar Nov 2026 cycle for 2027

Abstract submission + AACR Associate Membership + SITA application + indication of Canadian citizenship/PR.
