Eligibility

Applicant must be attending a GRC for the first time and must illustrate how it would advance their career goals, contributions, or access to opportunities in their field.

Selected by the conference chairs no later than two months before the meeting; financial assistance is available beginning in 2026 for 2027 meetings

Application Requirements

First submit an online application to the GRC you wish to attend; the acknowledgement email contains a link to the CSURM fellowship application.

Notes

Final approval is contingent on acceptance to the conference by the chair. The fellowship application is not shared with the conference chair and does not affect the participation decision.
